HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A Harrisburg man will spend seven years in prison for robbing a Paxtang bank more than two years ago.
Tashan Lantiqua Layton, 24, was sentenced in U.S. District Court to 84 months imprisonment.
Layton pointed a gun at a manager when he robbed the Sovereign Bank branch at 519 South 29th Street on March 30, 2013.
He admitted in court that the gun was loaded, federal prosecutors said.
Customers were in the bank during the robbery.
