LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – Two men were arrested after authorities said they were found in possession of synthetic marijuana.
Jared Brandt, 26, of Lebanon, had synthetic marijuana, packaging, and a heat sealer when authorities searched his home Thursday in the 1100 block of Guilford Street, according to a news release from the Lebanon County Drug Task Force.
Andrew Allie, 35, was taken into custody in the 1100 block of Mifflin Street while attempting to deliver 500 grams of synthetic marijuana with a street value of $5,000 to Brandt, authorities said in the news release.
Brandt was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a designer drug, and a parole violation. He was sent to Lebanon County Prison on $25,000 bail.
Allie was charged with criminal attempted delivery of synthetic marijuana, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of a designer drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail at the prison was set at $20,000.
