LEMOYNE, Pa. (WHTM) – A Camp Hill man is behind bars after police say he was driving under the influence while his 2 children were in the car.
Frankie Juan Rivera was arrested Friday night in Lemoyne. According to West Shore Regional Police, Rivera was speeding and fishtailing around the bend on the first block of Market Street.
Rivera told police he drank alcoholic beverages prior to driving but was purposely driving recklessly to show off for his children.
Rivera’s children were released to a relative.
Rivera was taken into custody after being uncooperative and combative with police. He was transported to Cumberland County Prison where he awaits arraignment.
River was found to have an active warrant for a previous public drunkenness arrest in Silver Spring Township.
