NJ man headed to trial on heroin charges stemming from local traffic stop

A man arrested for having 25,000 packets of heroin is heading for trial.

Kevin Neil of New Jersey is charged with possession with intent to deliver and other drug-related charges.

In January, state police pulled Neil over on Interstate 81 in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County. They say they found the huge stash of heroin. He heads back to court in June.
