Police: Man drove 102 mph with infant children in car

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police said they have filed charges against a Lancaster man who had his two infant children in his car while driving more than 100 mph on Route 30.

Marcos D. Diaz, 26, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, according to Manheim Township police.

Diaz was stopped Saturday afternoon for traveling 102 mph in a 55 mph zone, police said.

He was also charged with speeding.
