ENOLA, Pa. (WHTM) – A new traffic pattern began Monday afternoon on the Route 11/15 bridge over the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks in East Pennsboro Township.
Traffic was moved to the newly built bridge from the temporary bridge that’s been in use since November 2013.
One lane in each direction will remain while construction crews dismantle the temporary bridge and complete work on retaining walls, according to a PennDOT news release.
The $18 million bridge replacement project is scheduled to be completed in late summer.
Left turns from Route 11/15 northbound to Route 944 westbound will remain closed throughout the work. A signed detour will remain in place.
