WEST CHESTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Gettysburg man has been arrested in connection with an alleged rape at a West Chester University fraternity house.
Mauricio Sanjuan-Martinez, 19, was charged Thursday with rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and unlawful restraint, according to West Chester police.
Sanjuan-Martinez is suspected in the alleged rape of a female student Sunday at the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity house. He has been jailed in the Chester County Prison on $25,000 bail and has a preliminary hearing scheduled April 16..
It isn’t clear if Sanjuan-Martinez was a fraternity member.
Kappa Delta Rho’s chapter at Penn State University was suspended after photos of naked women appeared on a members-only Facebook page.
