Man struck by hit-and-run driver in Shippensburg

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who struck and injured a 30-year-old man Thursday morning.

The victim was crossing South Penn Street at East Garfield Street when he was hit by a silver four-door car at around 8:44 a.m., police said in a news release.

He was transported by ambulance to a hospital for treatment of moderate to minor injuries, police said.

The car was last seen heading south on South Penn Street and may have minor damage to the passenger-side front corner.
