HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Two Harrisburg men will serve time in prison for the robbery of a Cracker Barrel restaurant in Susquehanna Township more than two years ago.
George Stoney, 40, was sentenced Thursday to 188 months behind bars and Tory Dobbin, 41, was sentenced Monday to 210 months, U.S. Attorney Peter Smith said in a news release.
A third defendant, 43-year-old Nathaniel Mosley, was sentenced in December to 168 months in prison.
All three pleaded guilty to federal charges of armed robbery and use of a firearm during a crime of violence.
Authorities said the three forced employees and customers to the back of the restaurant on Brindle Road at gunpoint on Dec. 3, 2013, but police surrounded the building after an employee reported the robbery to 911.
The trio ran from the restaurant in masks and were captured with the stolen money and their guns after a short foot pursuit.
