NEW HOLLAND, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man was arrested after police said he was driving drunk with his three children in the car.
Alvin Miller, 35, of New Holland, was charged with DUI and three counts of endangering the welfare of children, police said in a news release.
Police said they were called to the Garden Spot Center for Health after Miller showed up there with the children late Tuesday afternoon. They said Miller had been staggering and fell over at one point.
He was committed to Lancaster County Prison on $40,000 bail.
The children were turned over to a relative.
