ORRSTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) – A bridge that carries Route 997 over the Conodoguinet Creek in Franklin County is scheduled to close for a replacement project this month.
The bridge will close to through traffic for up to 150 days beginning March 18, according to a PennDOT news release.
A detour which follows Route 433 and Route 533 will be in place.
The existing two-span concrete bridge was built in 1929 and is considered structurally deficient.
The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.
