LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are looking for the public’s help in tracking down a man who allegedly assaulted the mother of his children during a six-day incident in which he kept the woman from leaving her home.
Felix Santiago-Caraballo is wanted on charges of aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, simple assault and terroristic threats.
The woman told authorities that Santiago-Caraballo came into her home under the guise of visiting their children but was armed with a handgun. She said he refused to let her and the children leave between March 1 and March 6 and assaulted her several times during those six days.
Lancaster Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to Santiago-Caraballo’s arrest.
He has two distinctive tattoos: a set of lips on the side of his neck and a Michael Jordan logo on his right hand. His last known address is in the 600 block of East End Avenue in Lancaster.
