Reward offered in Swatara Township robbery

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Authorities investigating a convenience store robbery in Dauphin County this week have an incentive for anyone who can point them to a suspect.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.

Swatara Township police said the robber demanded money from a clerk early Tuesday at the Turkey Hill Minit Market in the 6300 block of Derry Street.

He was wearing a green jacket, black pants, black shoes and black gloves, and his face was partially covered by a multicolored scarf.

Anyone who recognizes the man in the surveillance photos is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-262-3080 or Corporal Timothy Shatto at 717-564-2550.
