Mechanicsburg man charged for upskirting photos at grocery store

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police have arrested a man who allegedly used his phone to take inappropriate photographs of a woman at a Cumberland County grocery store.

Ronald Weston, 64, of Mechanicsburg, was charged last week with invasion of privacy, harassment, stalking, disorderly conduct, and possession of an instrument of crime, according to Silver Spring Township police and court records.

Police said Weston was seen taking photographs up a victim’s skirt while in the Wegmans store on Carlisle Pike.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled April 22.
