Lancaster man, 22, charged with breaking infant son’s arm

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A 22-year-old Lancaster man was arrested after police said he fractured his 7-month-old son’s arm.

On Wednesday afternoon, officers and medical personnel were called to an apartment along the 100 block of Locust Street for reports of an infant with a fractured arm. The boy was taken to Lancaster General Hospital.

During their investigation, detectives said they determined that the child’s father, Jeffrey Bailey, had been present at the time of the incident and had caused the injury.

Bailey has been charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
