Apartment manager robbed in Lebanon

LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lebanon apartment manager told police he was robbed after he allowed one of his attackers to use a bathroom.

The man reported he was in an apartment he owns in the 400 block of North 7th Street when two men knocked on the door and asked about renting the place Tuesday afternoon.

When he told them the apartment was not for rent, one of the men asked to use the bathroom. When that man returned, the victim said both men grabbed him and robbed him of the rent he had just collected for several apartments he manages, according to city police.

The robbers fled west on Arnold Street at around 2:45 p.m.

They were described as thin black males, one about 6’0″ tall and the other approximately 5’7″ tall. Both were wearing dark clothes with scarves over their faces, police said.
