2 charged in Springettsbury Township restaurant burglary

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – Two people have been charged in the burglary of a Springettsbury Township restaurant last weekend.

Dakota Grady, 19, of York, was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property for his involvement in the incident Saturday at Five Guys, at 2816 Concord Road, township police said.

Devin Gibson, 20, also of York, was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property.

Police said the front window was smashed before an undisclosed amount of money was stolen from the business.
