LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police in Lancaster have arrested a couple and placed their two children in protective custody after discovering drugs and related paraphernalia inside their home.

Jared Madonna, 31, and Tara Gabriel, 30, were arrested Friday morning at their home on the 100 block of Prospect Street.

Police issued a search warrant soon after receiving numerous community complaints of drug activity taking place at the home.
