YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – York police have charged two juveniles in connection to a shooting death last week near the playground of Goode Elementary School.
Christopher Hill, 16, has been charged with firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of a firearm by a minor, and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, police said in a news release Thursday.
“As to the other juvenile charged, we are legally not at liberty to disclose the nature of those charges,” the news release stated.
The charges stem from the Jan. 19 fatal shooting of 22-year-old Joshua Clark Sr. at North Broad and Wallace streets. An autopsy showed Clark died of multiple gunshot wounds, but authorities did not disclose details of the arrests.
“The York City Police Department and the Office of the District Attorney wanted to let the citizens of York City know that the investigation into the death of Joshua Clark Sr. has been completed,” the news release continued.
“The York City Police Department and the Office of the District Attorney will have no further comment on the matter at this time.”
