People who would be affected by a proposed pipeline project in Lancaster County are meeting to talk about their rights and options.
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at the Silver Spring Baptist Church in Columbia. The community environmental legal defense fund will give a presentation geared toward people who oppose the pipeline. Those who attend will be able to weigh in on what direction they’d like organizers of the opposition to take.
The project in question in the Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline, which is designed to go through both Lebanon and Lancaster Counties. Many people who live along the proposed pipeline’s path have been vocal about their opposition to the project.
