Police: Counterfeit money used to buy TV

CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who used counterfeit money used to buy a television at the Camp Hill Walmart.

Lower Allen Township police said $820 in fake $20 bills were used to make the TV purchase on Monday at around 5:44 p.m.

The suspect is a heavy set man who was wearing a black hat, a white long-sleeve shirt, black vest, black pants and black shoes.

He was last seen leaving the store parking lot in what appears to be a unknown make or model silver or gray sedan.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lower Allen police at 717-238-9676.
