Suspect sought in Harrisburg bank robbery

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are looking for the man who robbed a Harrisburg bank Monday afternoon.

The unknown robber had a red bandanna covering his face when he demanded money from a teller at the Fulton Bank at 200 North 3rd Street at 12:47 p.m., police said in a news release.

The teller gave the money to the robber and he fled north on 3rd Street towards Cranberry Street, then west towards 2nd Street, police said.

He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.

Anyone who can identify the suspect from the attached surveillance photos is asked to call Harrisburg police at 717-585-1815 or 717-255-3170.
