High pressure to the north will provide Central PA with another glorious October day. Expect lots of sunshine and mild temperatures on this Thursday with just a few clouds, especially late day. A frontal system will move through Friday with showery weather ahead. This front is weak and moisture starved, however, so most spots will likely see less than half an inch of rainfall tomorrow. Highs will still be mild and that could add some extra fuel to the atmosphere for a rumble of thunder or two in spots tomorrow afternoon. Most of the rain will be light and short-lived tomorrow.
The weekend starts cooler and breezy, with a rebound by Sunday afternoon. We remain dry for the weekend and early next week. Enjoy!
