Three York County men were arrested after police said they robbed a 15-year-old boy in Shrewsbury.
Marco Mason, 18, of Glen Rock; John Jasinski, 20, of New Freedom; and Landen Bosley, 21, of Dallastown, used a pellet pistol to commit the robbery Wednesday night in Sweeny Park, according to Southern Regional police.
The victim told officers he was at the park to buy marijuana when a masked man pushed the gun against him and demanded his belongings.
He said he recognized Mason as the person who took his money and cell phone, and he told investigators Mason had help from two others.
An officer stopped their vehicle and took the three into custody a short time later.
Mason was charged with robbery, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, terroristic threats, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
He was committed to York County Prison on $100,000 bail.
Jasinski and Bosley were charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit terroristic threats, conspiracy to commit simple assault, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property.
Both were released after posting $25,000 bail.
