Woman charged with 10 counts of prescription fraud

A Lancaster County woman has been arrested for passing fraudulent painkiller prescriptions at a Walmart pharmacy.

Jessica Kay Miller, 31, of Bainbridge, was attempting to pass a fake script for Oxycodone when she was arrested Wednesday evening at the store in the 2000 block of Lincoln Highway East, East Lampeter Township police said.

Police said an investigation revealed Miller had passed fraudulent prescriptions for Oxycodone at the Walmart on nine other occasions.

She was charged with 10 felony counts of prescription drug fraud and released on $3,000 unsecured bail.
