A Pennsylvania judge overturned the murder conviction of a man who spent 24 years behind bars.

79 year old Han Tak Lee was convicted back in 1990 for intentionally setting a fire at a Pocono Mountain retreat which killed his mentally ill daughter.

Lee’s conviction was overturned this week, because a review found the science used to prove arson is now discredited.

Prosecutors say they’ll appeal the decision, saying all evidence still points to Lee’s guilt.
