The early morning fire that displaced three people in York has been ruled arson.
The York City fire chief said the fire started at 119 North West Street just before 12:30 a.m. Friday. Flames spread to a neighboring rowhome.
The chief said everyone made it out safely. The state police fire marshal is investigating the cause. The York city fire chief announced the fire had been ruled arson on the department’s twitter feed Friday morning.
The American Red Cross is helping the adult and two children displaced.
