A Harrisburg man was arrested after he tried to deliver two pounds of marijuana to someone in York County, according to police.

Fairview Township police said they arrested 36-year-old Leroy Robinson at a restaurant on Old York Road.

Police say they learned Robinson would be in possession of marijuana he intended to deliver, and that he would be at the restaurant Friday afternoon.

He was stopped in the parking lot where officers found the pot. He later admitted he was trying to sell the marijuana to another person, police said.

Robinson was charged with possession with intent to deliver and released on non-monetary supervised bail.
