Harrisburg Radio Lab electronics store has shut its doors Saturday after 70 years of business in the city.
The store has been family run since the 1940’s, and has been at the same location on S. 19th Street since the 1970’s.
Harrisburg Radio Lab co-owner, Bob Quick says the service at the store was second to one.
Customers were taken care of in person, or over the phone if you called with problems.
Quick says the economy played a big factor in the decision to close the store, saying they could not compete with the larger retail chains.
