Sex offender from York arrested in Connecticut

The U.S. Marshal’s Service says it has arrested a 46-year-old York man in Connecticut on a charge he failed to register as a convicted sex offender.

Horace Duncan was arrested Thursday morning at a home in Bridgeport, according to a news release.

Duncan was convicted of aggravated indecent assault in York County in 2001 and required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

York police obtained a warrant for his arrest in May after he allegedly failed to update his registration after January 2013.
