1 arrested, 1 wanted in restaurant break-in

One of two suspects is behind bars in connection with a restaurant burglary in Lancaster County.

Northwest Regional Police said 27-year-old Kyle Coon of Elizabethtown turned himself in on Monday for a break-in at the Trolley Stop Diner on Hershey Road in Mount Joy Township two weeks ago.

Police said Coon surrendered after seeing his “face all over TV” after surveillance photos from the break-in were released to the local media.

He’s charged with burglary and criminal conspiracy. He’s now in the Lancaster County Prison.

Police said they are still looking for a second suspect, 26-year-old John Adams of Mount Joy. Police said they believe he left the area to avoid arrest.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Northwest Regional Police.
