A Penbrook man has been arrested for the the rape of a 17-year-old girl.
Eric Dietz, 41, was arrested Tuesday and charged with counts including rape of a minor, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, false imprisonment, and corruption of minors, according to police and court documents.
Police said they were dispatched to Harrisburg Hospital to investigate the assault and found Dietz had committed various sexual assaults and other unlawful conduct with the girl.
Court documents indicate he also provided her with liquor.
He was committed to Dauphin County Prison on $125,000 bail. A preliminary hearing was scheduled August 14.
