Lancaster woman charged in hit-and-run crash

A Lancaster woman has been charged in a hit-and-run crash that damaged the East Side Community Kitchen.

Rasheda Grazier, 34, crashed a gold Dodge Caravan into a side wall and caused moderate damage to the building at 347 North Plum Street on Sunday morning, according to police.

Grazier allegedly fled the scene, but police said they quickly found the unoccupied Dodge parked in the 900 block of South Duke Street.

She was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property.
