A popular pub and eatery on the West Shore has closed its doors.
Coakley’s Restaurant and Irish Pub in New Cumberland closed at midnight by order of the Bankruptcy Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, according to a notice posted on the door by owner Tim Hogg.
“We would like to thank everybody for their patronage over the years and we hope you root for us to return to business soon,” Hogg wrote. “I cannot tell you how much I will miss everyone and what a great experience that has been.”
Hogg also promised updates on Coakley’s Facebook page.
