Two people are facing drug charges after Harrisburg Police say they found 3,550 bags of heroin in their Harrisburg home.
Keyonna Garland, 27, of Harrisburg and Francisco Burns, 29, of Newark, New Jersey were arrested Friday morning when the Harrisburg Police Vice Unit and other law enforcement agencies conducted a search warrant at a home on the 200 block of N. 14th Street.
Police say the heroin has a street value of $35,000.
Garland and Burns are now facing a number of charges including conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police say Burns was a fugitive out of New Jersey, he had an arrest warrant for theft, indecent deviate sexual intercourse and sexual assault.
