Three men from New York are facing federal charges for allegedly using counterfeit credit cards.
25-year-old Danilo Vargas, 22-year-old Dawill Miguel Almonte and 25-year-old Jeriel Delosangeles allegedly had 62 counterfeit credit cards, according to United States Attorney Peter Smith.
The men are charged with possession of fifteen or more counterfeit or unauthorized access devices.
The charges came out of a car stop in York County by Pennsylvania State Police in November 2013.
If convicted, the men face up to 10 years in prison and fines up to $250,000.
