abc27 has learned that Harrisburg police took Luis Lugo-Davila into custody this afternoon. He was wanted for questioning in connection to the missing persons case of Erica Klinger, whose body—according to her family—was found in Perry County Wednesday night.

No charges have been filed at this point.

Previously, abc27 reported that Lugo-Davila was seen driving a black 2000 Chevrolet Malibu that belonged to Klinger after she disappeared last month.

Lugo-Davila’s girlfriend, Maria Lara, was arrested June 17.

Klinger’s father told abc27 that a body discovered in the woods in Perdix, Perry County on Wednesday belongs to his daughter.
