Diamond ring found in snack could belong to Midstate woman

A diamond ring found in a bag of goldfish crackers in South Carolina could belong to a woman in Denver, Lancaster County.

A girl was eating some of the Pepperidge Farm treats when she saw a silver and diamond band in the bag. The girl’s mother called Pepperidge Farm, which has a plant in Denver.

The company is checking to see if the ring belongs to a worker at that plant.

The South Carolina family says it wants to send what is likely a wedding band back to its owner if she is found.
