State Attorney General Kathleen Kane says a York man was making and distributing child pornography.

Kane’s office has charged 55-year old Carmelo Rodriguez after agents intercepted child porn photos during an investigating into computer sharing networks, then traced them back to Rodriguez’s home computer.

According to Kane, agents searched Rodriguez’s home on Wednesday and found videos of two young girls in various states of undress recorded from outside a window of their homes.

Agents said they also found child pornography, including videos and photos, of children as young as 6.

Rodriguez faces numerous charges including manufacturing child pornography, dissemination of child pornography, possession of child pornography and invasion of privacy.

He was arraigned and held on $120,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 11.
