Woman charged in fire at Lancaster apartment building

A Lancaster woman was arrested after police said she set fire to an apartment building Tuesday morning.

Sharae Autry, 22, had been a resident of the third-floor apartment where the fire started, and witnesses said she was in the apartment when the fire was discovered at 428 East King Street, police said in a news release.

Autry was charged with arson and risking a catastrophe. Her bail at Lancaster County Prison was set at $50,000 cash.

No one was injured during the fire, which was contained to the third floor of the building.
