Drivers issued parking tickets without warning

Nearly two dozen drivers received a parking ticket without warning after a parking change in Harrisburg.

It is now illegal to park along 10th Street.  That rule went into effect Wednesday morning, but some drivers found out the hard way.

At least 20 drivers were issued $30 tickets without warning.

The city said Mayor Eric Papenfuse has asked Standard Parking to waive the fines to give people 24 hours notice.
