Police: Gun possibly fired at horse and buggy

State police in Lancaster County are investigating an incident where someone possibly fired a gun from a car in the direction of a horse and buggy.

Police said nothing was struck and two people in the buggy were uninjured by the incident Thursday morning in the 4100 block of Old Philadelphia Pike in Leacock Township.

Investigators said the shot was possibly fired from a longer, black weapon as the car, a maroon sedan of unknown make and model, passed the buggy shortly before 8 a.m.

The car fled then westbound on Old Philadelphia Pike.
