Crews in York spent the better part of Saturday repairing a sinkhole that opened up right under a parked car.
Authorities were called to the 600 block of Edison Street in York at around 5 a.m.
Repair crews put in a temporary fix for the weekend, with a final restoration planned for Monday.
According to dispatchers, officials believe a gas leak contributed to the sinkhole’s formation.
Authorities said 29 customers would be without water until around 3 p.m. There is no boil water advisory in effect.
