Swatara Township police are looking for a Harrisburg man wanted on drug and firearms violations.

Rashawn D. Davis, 32, faces charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, firearms not to be carried by a former convict, and firearms not to be carried without a license, police said.

Officers on Saturday saw suspicious activity in the parking lot of a business in the 2200 block of Paxtang Street and made contact with Davis, who was inside a green Buick Century, police said.

The Buick was impounded after illegal drug activity was seen inside the vehicle, police said.

Police said a search of the car later in the day turned up a loaded .45 caliber handgun and evidence of numerous crimes.

Davis has twice been convicted of carrying a firearm without a license. He is known to frequent the Hall Manor area, police said.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Swatara Township police at 717-564-2550.
