A Harrisburg man who posted an online advertisement for sex was arrested by the state attorney general's office when he allegedly agreed to meet an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old girl.

Wilhelm Justiniano, 26, used the Craigslist website to post a graphic ad seeking oral sex from “females of any
age,” according to a criminal complaint.

An agent responded to the advertisement while posing as a 14-year-old
girl, and Justiniano agreed to meet at a Lower Paxton Township restaurant so he could take the girl to his home for various sex acts, the complaint states.

According to the complaint, Justiniano was repeatedly told during online conversations that he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl, and he told her to “put on a hoody so you can put over your head wen we walk in my house lol.”

After his arrest, Justiniano admitted that he agreed to meet the supposed girl for sex and knew that she was 14, the complaint states.

Justiniano was charged with two counts of unlawful contact with a minor and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.

He was sent to Dauphin County Prison on $150,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled April 25.
