Update: All charges filed against Loren Lilley were withdrawn on April 15 and April 16, according to court documents.
A Lancaster County man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Manheim Township police said the teen reported she had been having sexually explicit text conversations with 30-year-old Loren G. Lilley for three years, and had met him for sex in a Columbia Avenue parking lot in 2012.
Lilley, of Manheim, was charged him with felony counts of statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with minors, and corruption of minors.
The teen told police that Lilley drove her to several locations throughout Lancaster County to have sex in his car, according to court documents.
Police said text messages on the girl's cell phone corroborate her report.
West Lampeter Township police charged Lilley with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors.
Lancaster City police charged him with unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility, and corruption of minors.
