A 29-year-old man was arrested after police say he broke into a Susquehanna Township woman's home and sexually assaulted her.
On Thursday at around 5:10 p.m., Susquehanna Township Police were called to a home on Deer Path Road for a report of a sexual assault that had taken place earlier in the day.
According to officials, the suspect had entered the victim's home without her permission and raped her.
On Friday, Jose Fredy Reyes, 29, of Frederick, Md. was identified as the suspect and arrested. He was charged with burglary, rape, sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and false identification to law enforcement.
Reyes is currently at the Dauphin County Judicial Center awaiting arraignment, and an ICE detainer has been issued. The suspect admitted to being in the country illegally.
