Crews respond to fire at UPS facility

Dozens of crews responded to a fire at a UPS facility outside Harrisburg Saturday night.

According to dispatchers, it began shortly before 9 p.m. at the location on the 1800-block of S. 19th Street in Swatara Township.

Emergency officials said the fire started in a dumpster, but spread to wood pallets as well.

There are no reports of injuries at this time. More than 12 units remained on scene as of 9:30 p.m., but dispatchers could not immediately say whether it was under control.
