A Harrisburg woman has been arrested on allegations that she was financially abusing an elderly couple whom she
was hired to assist, according to police.
Carlisa R. Clark, 49, is accused of making numerous unauthorized purchases and
payments with the couple's debit card and credit card, Susquehanna Township police said.
Clark was charged Tuesday with 14 counts each of forgery, access
device fraud, and theft by deception.
A bench warrant
for a previous theft was also served on her at the time of her arrest, police said.
