A Lancaster man has been arrested for shooting another man during an attempted robbery in the city earlier this month.
Carlos Celin Colon, 21, was charged Wednesday with robbery, aggravated assault, firearms offenses, and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, Lancaster police said.
The charges stem from the Feb. 9 shooting of a 20-year-old man in the 200 block of E. Clay Street.
The victim, who has not been identified, suffered a single gunshot wound to the lower extremities and was treated at a hospital for his injuries.
Police said Colon and at least one other person specifically targeted the victim to rob him. They are attempting to identify others involved in the incident.
Colon was placed in Lancaster County Prison on $75,000 bail and a detainer for a parole violation.
